The Four Sessions
Each session runs 3 hours: an opening circle, a short theory introduction, hands-on creation, reflection, and a closing circle.
Session 1 — Moss Terrarium [Grounding & Stillness]
Building connection with the earth, cultivating patience and focus, observing the life cycle within a small ecosystem.
Session 2 — Coloured Sand Art Terrarium [Colour & Emotion]
Expressing emotion through colour, understanding layering and balance, creating a sense of inner order.
Session 3 — Kokedama [Holding & Suspension]
Learning the symbolism of holding and support, shaping earth by hand.
Session 4 — Preserved Moss Art [Continuation & Diffusion]
Creating a lasting piece that keeps its calming presence in your everyday space — carrying the work of the past three sessions into something you keep.
How the Program Moves
Step 1 — We listen first
A short conversation before session one, so we understand what you're carrying and what you need this to be.
Step 2 — Four sessions, in sequence
Each one is designed to be attended in order — Moss, Sand Art, Kokedama, Preserved Moss — because the sequence itself is part of the process.
Step 3 — Reflection built into every session
Time to sit with what came up, guided but never forced.
Step 4 — The Listening Space
Once you've completed all four sessions, you're welcome to book The Listening Space — a private, one-to-one session with Tara at RM200/hour, for anyone who wants to keep talking after the program ends.
